The first time we faced a development located in a mountain area, a real challenge due to the need to create a very natural environment with snow.
These are three single-family homes located in Baqueira, intended as second residences.
They consist of four floors: the basement and parking area, where a gym and spa were also planned; the first floor dedicated to bedrooms; the second floor for the living-dining area and kitchen; and the attic, where we placed the suite with a private bathroom.
In this project, we created exterior renders in a snowy environment with different angles to showcase the mountainous surroundings on both sides, as well as to highlight its location for mountain and ski lovers.
To present the project interiors, we also created renders of some of the spaces, such as the living-dining room and kitchen, the suite with private bathroom, and the gym and spa area.
A project that we truly enjoyed and that allowed us to take on a new challenge. We look forward to continuing to grow and creating more renders like these.
