This is one of the projects where we enjoyed the animation phase the most, allowing us to unleash our creativity and create something visually very powerful.
It is a new development on the Costa Brava, and like any other development, its goal is to be marketed before the homes are built.
This is where we come in, creating both exterior and interior renders. The façade of the development is geometrically stunning, characterized by balconies with cloud-like shapes. Great importance is also given to its short distance from the beach, a key factor when selling.
As for the interiors, we created renders of different rooms across various apartments, as it was important to highlight certain areas, since each apartment has its own charm and uniqueness.
But the highlight of this project is the animation, as we were asked to produce a very short 3D animation—45 seconds, to be exact. After exploring several ideas, we concluded that the driving force of the animation should be the music.
Music with a strong beat, fast-paced and punchy, is what drives a dynamic animation with many camera transitions and movements.
Honestly, it has been a very fun project, and even more so knowing that the client was absolutely delighted!
