This is a project for a residential development of apartments located in Alicante, marketed by one of Spain’s major real estate companies, Espacio, part of the Villar Mir Group.
Many real estate developers use renders as marketing tools to increase sales. Most begin commercialization before construction is completed, so generating renders of the apartments is essential to show something to the end client.
They usually request multiple assets to create greater impact for the development. In this case, they requested exterior renders to visualize the building, its surroundings, and location.
They also requested renders of one of the apartments—specifically a unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with sea views—to better showcase and sell it. One of the largest units with the best views.
Two other resources they frequently request are virtual tours, a very powerful tool to simulate the feeling of being inside the apartment, allowing a 360 view to explore the space and move between rooms; and video, also widely used to create a sense of real life. Thanks to these 3D animations, it can give the feeling of living in one of those apartments.
